1. Data controller

2. What data we process

  • Contact form: name, email and the content of the message you send us.
  • Creator sign-up: username, display name, platform, profile link, location, languages, category and bio — data you provide yourself, of a public nature.
  • Payments: processed directly by Stripe; OnlyModelHub never sees or stores your card number or other financial data, only the payment confirmation and, where applicable, the email tied to the transaction.
  • Browsing and analytics: if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data (pages viewed, visit duration, approximate country). If you decline, no analytics service is activated.
  • Searches: we store the search term and IP in aggregate, for internal statistics, to understand what people search for on the Site.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to: reply to your contact messages (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps); manage the sign-up and payment of a creator profile (performance of a contract); and, if you give explicit consent in the cookie banner, to analyze use of the Site (consent, GDPR Art. 6.1.a).

4. Retention

We keep contact messages and sign-up data while a relationship with the Site exists or while needed for the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards for the periods required by law. You may request earlier deletion where no legal obligation to retain applies.

5. Recipients

We share data only with providers strictly necessary to run the service: Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (analytics, only with your consent) and our hosting/email provider. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers (Stripe, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid GDPR transfer mechanism.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@onlymodelhub.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your data correctly.

8. Minors

The Site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that a minor's data was provided, we will delete it.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted database access, non-reversible passwords) to protect your data from unauthorized access.
