1. General notice

OnlyModelHub is a directory: it does not host any creator's photos, videos or paid content. All media lives on the source platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, social networks). If your complaint concerns that media, you should also contact the platform hosting it.

2. What you can ask us to do

You can ask us to remove or correct: a profile that impersonates you or uses your image without authorization, a broken link or one that no longer belongs to the original creator, or any listing data (name, bio, location) that is inaccurate or infringes your rights.

3. How to notify us

Write to hello@onlymodelhub.com with the subject "DMCA" and include:

• The exact URL of the profile on OnlyModelHub.
• A description of the infringement or the reason for your request.
• Your name and a way to contact you.
• A statement that you are acting in good faith and, if you claim on behalf of the creator, reasonable proof of your relationship with her.

4. Our process

We review each request manually. If justified, we remove or correct the profile within a reasonable time and confirm it to you by email. If a request is unfounded or abusive, we may reject it with reasons.

5. Counter-notice

If your profile was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you can write to the same address explaining why the listing was legitimate; we will review it again.

6. Repeat cases

We reserve the right to permanently remove profiles that are the subject of repeated, justified complaints.
